Honda, ATV collision on KY 61 S injures two ATV driver airlifted to UK; passenger in car taken to WRH The Adair County Sheriff's Department investigated a two vehicle accident which occurred at approximmately 12:45pmCT on Sunday, April 25, 2009, on KY South 61, near Breeding, KY. The accident occured when a 2008 Honda CR-V being operated year old Douglas Peterson, 65, of Fairfield, CA, collided with an ATV being operated by Ural Sneed, 72, of Columbia, KY. Sneed was airlifted from the scene by Air Evac to the University of Kentucky Hospital, in Lexington, KY. A passenger in the Peterson vehicle, Roberta Peterson, 65, was transported to Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY, by Adair County EMS. The Breeding Fire Department also responded to the accident.The accident was investigated by Deputy Bruce McCloud with the Adair County Sheriff's Department.
