Driver injured when car strikes tree on KY 61 S, April 20, 2009 By Trooper Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY ADAIR, KY - An injury collision occurred 8 miles south of Columbia on KY 61. at 10:34 amCT. James D Beldon, age 65 of Louisville, KY was traveling north on KY 61 when his 94 Ford left the roadway and struck a tree. Beldon was transported by EMS to the Westlake Regional Hospital. James Beldon was belted at the time of the collision. He was cited for suspended operators license. The collision was investigated by Trooper Clint Walker of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
