Fire Dept. quickly extinguishes Heskamp ST, Columbia, KY fire Click on headline for story with photos By Donald Hare, CFD Public Affairs Officer The Columbia Fire Department responded to a house fire on Wednesday morning, at at 11:09amCT, April 15, 2009, at113 Heskamp Street, Columbia, KY to a residence owned by Terry Hadley.
