Cat and Mouse are Fred and Homer from Harmony Kingdom

About: Cat and Mouse may be Harmony Kingdom product

I want to thank Cindy (Meyer) for the information. They are in fact Harmony Kingdom. Here is the information I found out:
S e c r e t s
"Fred" the mouse is part of a dynamic duo of Roly Polys made especially for the International Collectible Expositions in Anaheim and Rosemont, 2001. "Fred" is packaged with "Homer," his companion cat. Both are engraved "ICE 2001." A special surprise may await you - 350 Hard Body sets and 175 color variation sets are included in the edition. The color variation "Fred" has yellow ears and blue/green eyes.
Thanks so much again!

s/Kristy Keene
