Taylor Extension office offers free webinar, Nonprofit Boards 101 Nonprofit Boards 101 is the name of a free "webinar" to be hosted at the Taylor County Extension Office on March 24, 2009 from 6:00 to 7:30pmET. Topics covered will be: Board Members' Legal Responsibilities and Roles; Relationship Staff; How to Build a Strong Board; and Trends for Best Practices. The instructor, Danielle Clore, is the founding director of the Kentucky Nonprofit Leadership Initiative, an outreach program of the UK College of Agriculture. In her role as director of the Initiative, Danielle provides educational opportunities and consulting services to strengthen nonprofit boards. She is a graduate of Transylvania and UK and has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including past president of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Bluegrass board of directors.
