Obituary: William Lee (Bill) Hurt, 74, Burkesville, KY

William Lee "Bill' Hurt, age 74 of Burkesville, KY died Sunday, February 22, 2009 at the Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 10:00amCT at Modoc Cemetery in Cumberland Co., KY with Bro. Gary Cash officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Survivors include the following:
  • His companion: Joyce Norris of Burkesville, KY

  • Five sons: Kenny Hurt of Burkesville, KY, Brandon Norris, Jason Norris, and Casey Norris all of Columbia, KY, and Colton Norris of Somerset, KY

  • Three daughters: Kim Hurt, Burkesville, KY; Brandy Norris, Columbia, KY, and Dana Norris of Russell Springs, KY
Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home of Burkesville, KY, is in charge of funeral arrangements.
