Injuries result from 2-vehicle accident near Springfield, KY

A collision occurred at Crockes Station Road and KY 150 eight miles west of Springfield, KY, at 6:55pmET on Monday, December 1, 2008. James C Cambrom, 28, Springfield, KY, not belted was operating a 1996 Chevrolet Corisca.A passenger James T, Drake, 35, Springfield, not belted. A passenger Christopher E Fogt, 30, Springfield, was belted.

Joseph B. Osborne, Jr., 66, of Springfield, KY was operating a 1994 Ford van belted. A passenger, Joseph Sparrow, 28, Springfield, was belted. A passenger John Graves, 43, Springfield was belted. A passenger, Dustin Bast, 24, Springfield was belted.A passenger, David Potter, 27, was belted.



Cambrom was turning left off of Croakes Station Road onto KY150. Osborne was traveling west bound on KY 150. Cambrom turned into Osborne's path resulting in collision.

Christopher Fogt, Joseph B. Osborne, Jr., Joseph Sparrow, Gerald Thomas, and David Potter were all transported by EMS to Springview Hosptial. Dustin Bast was transported by personal vehicle to Springview Hospital.

Kentucky State Police were assisted at the scene by Washington County EMS, the rescue squad, fire department, and the Washington County Sheriff's Department.

The incident was investigated by Trooper J. Barnett of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
