Obituary: Kay Dunbar, 78 Mr. Dunbar was a highly respected farmer in the Sparksville community for many years. Kay Dunbar, 78, 875 Harrod's Fork Circle, Columbia, KY, (the Sparksville Community) passed Tuesday, November 4, 2008, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY, after an illness. The funeral service will be Friday, November 7, 2008, at 2:00pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 3:00pmCT Thursday, November 6, 2008. He was born June 12, 1930, the son of the late Roy and Ora Branham Dunbar of Adair County, KY. He is survived by his wofe, Gaynell Upchurch Dunbar of Sparksville, KY, and the following:
Mr. Dunbar was a highly respected farmer in the Sparksville Community for many years. Pallbearers: Don Bault, Billy Campbell, Matthew Corbin, Charlie Dial, Garon Parrish, and Jimmy Reliford. Honorary Pallbearers: Faye Bault, Courtney Cross, Phyllis curry, Robert Dean, Roy Dean, Sammy Dean, Crystal Hawkins, and Rodney Scott.Interment will be in the Fudge Cemetery at Breeding, KY.Memorial donations my take the form of gifts to the Arthritis Foundation, 2908 Brownsboro Road, Suite 100, Louisville, KY 40206-3506 or to the charity of your choice.
