Absentee voting machine open in Adair Annex Qualified Adair County voters who will not be in Adair County on election day, Tuesday, November 4, 2008, can vote on the absentee voting machine in the office of Adair County Court Clerk Sheila Blair in the Courthouse Annex, Public Square, Columbia, KY. The office will be open regular hours, 8:00am to 4:00pmCT, Mondays through Fridays, except for early closing for Downtown Days Friday, October 10, 2008, when the office closes at two. > Additional hours will be available on the three Saturdays preceding the election: October 18, 25, and November 1, when the office will be open from 8:30 to 12noonCT.
