WHEREAS, Mrs. Alta Barbee Garnett was born on September 28, 1908 and is celebrating her 100th birthday.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Garnett has touched and blessed so many lives here in Adair County, Kentucky, in her 100 years
WHEREAS, all Adair County citizens should show their love and support in wishing Mrs. Alta Barbee Garnett a happy 100th birthday.

A wonderful stretch of roadway, from on Greensburg Street, now also KY 439, from Paul Mann Road to the Adair County Schools Administration Building and across Indiana Drive to the Adair County Elementary School, will be closed to motorized traffic on Second Sunday.
