Sheriffs make marijuana arrest POLICE REPORTS Officers from the Adair County Sheriffs Office executed a search warrant at a residence in the Portland area on September 23, 2008. Arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree and possession of drug paraphenalia was 33 year old Richard Goble of Columbia.
