Lebanon driver charged after injury accident POLICE REPORTS The driver involved in a single car accident was uninjured but charged with DUI and wanton endangerment following a single vehicle accident on Monday, September 22, 2008, in Marion County, KY. Robert Fogle, 52, Lebanon, KY was traveling north on Sulpher Springs Road when his 1996 Nissan Maxima left the roadway and struck a tree. Mr. Fogle was not injured. He was charged with DUI 2nd and wanton endangerment 1st and was lodged in the Marion County Detention Center. A passenger, Jerry Johnson, 40, transported to Springview Hospital in Lebanon, KY, by Marion County EMS and was transferred from there to the University of Louisville Hospital for injuries sustained in the accident. He was not belt, according to the KSP. The incident was investigated by Trooper John Adams, Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
