A reminder to vote for Kentucky Kids to get 50,000 free books
We only have 2 days left and Kentucky is in the #1 position!
Thanks to everyone who has clicked on the link from ColumbiaMagazine.com to vote each day. Your votes have kept Kentucky in 1st Place. We can't drop the ball now. This program, to get underprivileged children hooked on reading, wasbrought to my attention through a librarian friend. The state that wins this online vote will receive 50,000 new books for needy children.
All you have to do is follow this link: Click Here. You don't have to answer the question about your favorite book - just scroll down on the left hand side, select "Kentucky," put in your name and email (uncheck the box so you don't receive updates) and submit your vote.
If Kentucky wins 1st place, First Book will send 50,000 free books tothe state for needy children. You can vote once each day.
