Organic Gardener Kris Korrow will be in Columbia, KY

A day long gardening seminar, "A Day in the Garden" with Chris Korrow, Organic Gardener and Filmmaker, will be offered in Adair County this weekend.

The event will take place on Saturday September 13, 2008, at 10:00amCT to 4:00pmCT at Tucker's Station Farms, 1535 Bull Run Road, Columbia, KY.



It is sponsored by the Adair County Gardening Club with the help of our friends at the Adair County Cooperative Extension Office,1st Realty andTucker's Station Farms, and will cover the following:
  • How to co-exist with nature in your gardens

  • Video and discussion

  • Planting a fall vegetable garden

  • Prepare now for spring gardening

  • Bountiful Garden Auction. Plants, garden supplies, yard art and many surprises

  • Covered Dish Lunch on the grounds
Admission is free: Please bring a covered dish to share and a lawn chair for your comfort. Dress for gardening. Bring your gloves.

Directions:Turn East on Hwy 206 in Columbia .9 miles. Turn left onto Bull Run Road 1.5 miles.
