Also available are three fee colo-rectal cancer screens. The PSA cancer screeen is recommended for men over 50 or men who meet any of the following three criteria: (1) Family history of cancer of the prostate or (2) had a vasectomy, or (3) is a black American. The PSA will be an additional cost of $8.00
REMEMBER TO FAST, having only water to drink for 12 hours before your blood draw. Due to the changes in federal law regarding a patient's right to privacy we have had to make some changes in the way we distribute lab results. You may only pick up your own results. We are not allowed to give you your spouse's or family member's results. Results not picked up at the health fair will be mailed directly to you. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ABOUT REPORTS UNTIL AFTER OCTOBER 11, 2008.

ADAIR COUNTY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL ROBBIE HARMON accepted the attendance award for 2007-2008, presented by Adair County Assistant Principal Brenda Mann. Looking on, right, are Board Member Mike Harris, and back, Adair County School District Treasurer Renae Smith. ACES won the award with a 95.59% attendance rate. That rate was higher than the winning score in 2006-2007, 94.66% held by John Adair Intermediate School. It was also the highest attendance rate for any Adair County School District institution in the past five years. The presentation was made at the Thursday, August 28, 2008 school board meeting.

No. 3,425,217 for the trademark for the famed Columbia barbecue restaurant's "Pork, Bone-in Pork Shanks." KY Wings are as convenient to eat as chicken wing drummettes, but are meatier. The specialty barbecue item, created by Ol' Joe, is a favorite of the popular restaurant, which is open on the First and Third Fridays and Saturdays only of each month .
