Adair Countian in Kentucky delegation to Convention Adair County native Jody Richards, originally of Garlin, KY, is a member of the Kentucky Delegation to the Democratic National Convention which opens in Denver, CO, tomorrow. Richards, the longest serving Speaker of the House of Representatives in Kentucky history, is pledged to Senator Hillary Clinton.
