Saloma Baptist Church homecoming is today, August 24, 2008 Church Announcements Church founded in 1951. Pastor John E. Chowning in 15th year. Saloma Baptist Church, located about five miles north of Campbellsville off Highway 210, is celebrating Homecoming 2008 today, Sunday August 24, 2008. The worship service is at 11:00amET, followed by a noon hour potluck meal. The Crossroads Quartet will be in concert beginning at 1:15pmET. Saloma Baptist Church was founded in 1951. John Chowning is in his 15th year as pastor of the church. Jason England is associate pastor. The church is recognized as a leader in missions and ministries in the community and world.
