Three year old dies in private drive accident POLICE REPORTS An accident occurred at 2:30pm, Saturday, August 23, 2008, on St. Marys Road, two miles north of Lebanon, KY when a vehicle operated by 28-year-old Jeremy Gootee was backing out of a private drive and struck 3 year old Landon Gootee who had wandered behind the vehicle. The three year old was taken to Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, KY where he was pronounced deceased. The incident was investigated by Trooper Brian Coyt of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
