Adair MS Walk is September 6, 2008 at CBC CCC EVENTS BENEFITS & FUNDRAISERS Adair County goal is $20,000 in 2008 By Lynda McKinley Adair County MS Walk Coordinator MS Walk being held September 6, 2008 at the Columbia Baptist Christian Life Center. You can pre-register or register the day of the walk. Registration is at 8:00amCT and the Walk will begin at 9:00amCT. You can help us reach our fundraising goal of $20,000.00 by forming a team, raise money, donating your time or sponsoring us in the Walk MS. Your support will mean so much to me, and others living with MS. Can we count on your help? MS is an unpredictable and devastating disease that can attack any of us in the prime of life. Imagine, one day you are ready to take on the world and the next you are faced with the diagnosis of an incurable and debilitating disease. That's why we're walking in the MS Walk in September 6, 2008 at the Columbia Baptist Christian Life Center and why we are asking you to help us make a difference. MS researchers have made extraordinary progress these last few years searching for a cure and your contribution will help support these vital efforts. Funds will also be used to support local programs for people with MS and their families. Participation in the Walk MS means you will be working to support programs, services and research sponsored by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and that makes a huge difference to the people who must fight MS every day of their lives! The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is dedicated to ending the devastating effects of MS. They simultaneously fund research for a cure while also helping people who currently live with MS lead more fulfilling lives. Join as an individual, join a team, or create a team - and help to support the fight against MS! For more information you can contact me at (270) 378-1399 or Bonnie Rodgers at (270) 384-2866. Thank you, Lynda McKinley, MS Walk Co-ordinator This story was posted on 2008-07-02 01:45:55
