Aerboics classes at Trinity UMC this week; then back to CBC CLC

IMPORTANT NOTE: The new aerobics class held at 5 o'clock each Tuesday & Thursday at the Christian Life Center will be moved to Trinity Family Life Center this week only. Same time, same night, different location! Next week the sessions will be at Christian Life Center on Hudson Street -JELAINE PHILLIPS
Free aerobics class beginning, Tuesday night, May 27 at 5:00pmCT at the Christian Life Center, Hudson Street, Columbia, KY. The class will be each Tuesday and Thursday night 5:00-5:45pm through June 19, 2008. This will be a low impact, low level beginners class structured for those who are new to aerobics, have not exercised for a while or simply want to try something new or different. The instructor is Lee Ann Jessie and the class is sponsored by Lake Cumberland District Health Department. There are a few slots left so if you are interested call (270) 384-2286 x 221. You will need comfortable clothes, sturdy shoes and a mat. -JELAINE PHILLIPS
