Adair Justice Center: Brick choices

2008-05-29 - 201 Campbellsville St., Colulmbia, KY - Photo By Ed Waggener.
BING EWEN and JIM ROCK hold a panel with a sample of the metal roof which will top the Adair County Justice Center and samples of the look of the red brick which will be used. Illustration walls showing different mortar looks will be built at the site to allow the Adair County Project Development Board (PDB) to see how the walls would look in different weather and light. The bronze roof will appear to change shades in different light, Bing Ewen, the DLZ architect for the project said. Jim Rock, who lives near the Mell Ridge fire tower in Metcalfe County near the Adair and Green County lines, is the project construction foreman for Branscum Construction Company, Russell Springs, KY. The picture was taken following the PDB on site board meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2008.
