    TAMI MOORE, citizens' comments speaker at last night's emotion-charged meeting of the Adair County School Board, reads from a list of 587 names asking the board to assure funding to keep John Adair's popular Assistant Principal, Kim Goodin in her present position. Ms. Moore's presentation was frequently interrupted by enthusiastic, but very courteous applause. Despite her efforts and others, the board voted to adopt a staffing formula and SBDM Council funding which is tantamount to the loss of the assistant principal's positions at John Adair and Colonel William Casey Schools. The board meeting was moved to the larger, more comfortable venue when the crowd of over 100 could not be accommodated in the school board's regular meeting place, the board conference room in the basement of the central office.
