Sheila and Allen Owens celebrate 12th wedding anniversary Sheila Owens and Allen Owens have been married for 12 years! Sheila is the daughter of Betty and Donald Coomer of Columbia. She is employed at Your Insurance Station in Campbellsville, KY. Allen is the son of Eula and Ron Goetz, also of Columbia. He is employed at H and O Transport in Campbellsville. They have two daughters, and one son. Courtney, Trisha, and Wichita. "With all the blessings from Jesus," Allen Owens said, "we are very proud of this accomplishment, and our life here in Columbia."
