Obituary: Blake Holtzman, 27, Louisville, KY

COLUMBIAMAGAZINE.COM OBITUARIES

Blake Holtzman, 27, Louisville, KY, died Sunday, January 20, 2008 in Louisville, KY, as the result of an automobile accident.

He was the son of the former Jan Maupin and the the grandson of the late Jimmy and Jean Maupin of Columbia, KY.




The funeral service will be Thursday, January 24, 2008, at 11:00amET/10:00amCT, at Ratterman and Sons Funeral Home, 1800 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY, with Rev. Mark Keene officiating.

Survivors include the following:
  • His mother: Jan Maupin Boone and her husband Fred, Louisville, KY

  • His father: Robert John Holtzman and his wife Deanna, Brooklyn, NY

  • His paternal grandmother: Agnes Holtzman, Rockport, IN

  • His uncles: Steve and Ron Holtzman

  • Two step-brothers: Jason and Joseph Boone, Louisville, KY
Burial will be in Cave Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 23, 2008, from 2-8pmET, 1-7pmCT.
