Milby lawsuit claims Mid-America owns big Burris lease

ColumbiaMagazine.com received an email note from Gary Milby on Friday, January 18, 2007, at 10:33pm about a hearing on the ownership of a major oil lease in Adair Circuit Court on Wednesday, January 23, 2008, at 9:00amCT. It reads:

"This Burris lease is owned by Mid-America and not Terry Goff, there is a lawsuit in Adair County with the hearing Wednesday (at) 9am. Mid America, bought the lease from Jimmy Relford and drilled and operated the lease for over one yr."


A check of the Kentucky Court of Justice has this entry at 9:00am, for Wednesday, January 23, 2008: "MILBY, GARY , ET AL VS. MERCURY PETROLEUM CO., INC. A KY CO Other Hearing." To visit the page, Click Here
