Adair firemen contain fire at Vester, KY, to cooking stove By Donald Hare Special ColumbiaMagazine.com report The Adair County Fire Department was able to contain a fire to the kitchen area of the residence of Finis Burris, off Tom Roy Road, near Vester, KY. Six ACFD firefighters responded to an alarm at 8:00pmCT, last night, Friday, January 11, 2008. Only the cooking stove was damaged.
