Columbia Garden Club meets Thurs., Jan. 24, 2008 EVENTS By Barbara Armitage Its not too early to get ready for spring gardening! Gardeners of all types and skill levels are invited to attend the next meeting of the Garden Club on Thursday, January 24, 2008, at 1:00pmCT. Gardeners will meet at Russells Outdoor Power Equipment; 294 Fairplay Road in Columbia. Russ will be teaching us all how to take better care of our lawn equipment and we will get some hands on experience with some of the newest tools available. Directions: From Columbia drive south on Hwy 55 to Hwy 704 Russells Outdoor is one tenth of a mile down Hwy 704 (Fairplay Road) on the left. The green Garden Club sign will be out front.
