Principal says only 1 room extremely cold at CWC today Principal Patty Jones said that as of Friday, January 4, 2008, only one classroom at Colonel William Casey was extremely cold, and a couple were on the cool side. She wrote, "Those classes are being relocated when the temperatures are unacceptable," and added, "All other rooms averaged 65 degrees or above." But she noted that the HVAC in place at Col. Casey has problems under optimum conditions. "Again, even when working at full capacity, our heating and cooling systems struggle to maintain the building," she said. Repairs are expected soon. "It is my understanding that the repairs will be made next week. Hopefully the weather will improve until things are back up and going full force." This story was posted on 2008-01-04 19:43:29
