ACHS defeats Beth Haven 20-18 in an exciting football game

By Cathy Moss

The Adair County Indians defeated Beth Haven High School, in an exciting 20-18 football game at Bardstown, today, Saturday, August 18, 2007.

The victory was an importantPac Jamboree win for Coach Clark Teague's team.

The win came despite the loss of starting quarterback Brad Moore, who suffered a season ending injury in a scrimmage at Clinton County High School last week.

Kalen Kimberland did a superb job filling the quarterback position.

The team showed great promise. They will be practicing hard this week as they prepare for their season opener next Saturday, August 25, at Green County.

The Indians will be playing Evarts at the Greensburg event at 4:00pm.
