Obituary: Tyrone Yarberry, 53, member Sparksville Nazarene Church

Mr. Yarberry was a popular hairstylist/barber. He was a member of a respected Adair County family with long established roots in the community

Tyrone Yarberry, 53, 1509 Toria Road, Columbia, KY, passed away Friday, August 10, 2007, at 11:46am, at Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room.

The funeral service will be Monday, August 13, 2007, at 11:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Lonny Karnes the officiating clergy.



He was born March 27, 1954, the son of the late G.V. and Anna M. Polston Yarberry.He is survived by the following:
  • Two sons: Joe Yarberry and Tyler Yarberry, both of Columbia, KY

  • One brother; Gaylon and his wife Phyllis Cash Yarberry, Campbellsville, KY

  • One sister; Diane Y, Murrell, Columbia, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Amaria, Arianna, and Cameron

  • Special friends: Rosie Bearden and Jim and Judy Watson

  • and several relatives and a host of friends
He was preceded in death by one brother, Rocky Yarberry, September 19, 2004.

Tyrone was a member of the Sparksville Church of the Nazarene and a hairstylist/barber.

Interment will be in the Fudge Cemetery at Breeding.

The family requests visitation after 4:30pm Sunday, August 12, 2007.

Stotts-Phelps-McQuery Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
