Adair Project Development Board agenda, June 26, 2007

Magistrate Billy Dean Coffey will replace Magistrate Roger Stephens, who resigned, on PDB

The Adair County Justice Center Project Development Board (PDB) will be meeting with a new member, Magistrate Billy Coffey (Adair County District 5, Milltown, West Columbia precincts), who will represent Adair Fiscal Court on the PDB in an interim capacity until approved by the Adair Fiscal Court at its July 10, 2007 regular monthly meeting.

Judge Executive Ann Melton made the appointment following the resignation of Magistrate Roger Stephens (Adair County District 1, Eunice-Pellyton, Little Cake, and White Oak precincts), who had represented Fiscal Court on the PDB prior to his resignation.

The Adair County Justice Center Project Development Board includes the chairman, Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton, and Adair County District 1 Magistrate Billy Dean Coffey, Attorney Marshall Loy, Circuit Court Judge Jim Weddle, . Douglas Teague, Administrative Office of the Courts representative. Jeff Lillie. is the AOC advisor to the PDB and serves as an alternate if needed to establish a quorum.
