Obituary: Thomas Edward Hutchinson, 65 Thomas Edward Hutchinson, 65, of 2130 Old Glens Fork RD, Columbia, KY, died Saturday, May 5, 2007, at the Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY. The funeral service will be Tuesday, May 8, 2007, at 11:00am CT, at Grissom Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Donald Ray Davis officiating. He was born in Stanford, Lincoln County, KY, a son of the late C.E. and Sarah Semones Hutchinson and was retired from Louisville Ladder. The Hutchinsons moved to Adair County in 2003. He is survived by his wife, Mary Alice Burton Hutchinson, Columbia, KY, and the following:
