Richard (Dick) Youngs, Adair County, KY (1928-2007) August 18, 1928 ~ April 3, 2007 (Age 78) 
Mr. Youngs was a retired electrical contractor who had moved to Columbia to be near family. He had served in the National Guard. His wife Joyce Allen Youngs, survives.Richard "Dick" Youngs, age 78 years, of 415 Young Street, Columbia, KY passed away, Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at 6:15pmCT, at the Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY. after an illness. The funeral Service is Friday, April 6, 2007, at 11am CT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. He was born August 18, 1928. He was the son of the late: Harry Albert & Julia May Seaman Youngs of Cortland, New York. He died Tuesday, April 3, 2007, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 78, seven months, and 16 days. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Allen Youngs, Columbia, KY, and the following:
