Feedback: Why so many governor's visit photos? To the editor, CM: Why so many photos of the governor's visit? Unsigned Editor notes: We understand the question, but here's the answer: 1) It turned out to be a big deal. There have never been that many state, county, and regional power figures in Columbia at one time. 2) The photos turned out pretty good. 3) Which ones would you leave out? 4) The announcement clarified the Heartland Parkway progress and the role the Columbia Western Bypass and the Campbellsville Connector play in the Heartland construction. 5) Expect similar coverage for Jody and Jeff when they come here, if the turnout warrants it.
