Jeff Hoover has been asked by for U.S. Representative Ann Northup if he would run as lieutenant Governor if Northup challenges Gov. Ernie Fletcher in this year's Republican primary election. Hoover, who lives in Jamestown, KY, is Adair County School District Attorney, maintains a law office next to Burton Real Estate on the Square in Columbia, and has deep Adair County roots.
