DECEMBER 2006: EVENTS for the RECORD December 2006 Events for the Record Friday, December 1, 2006 Shelia Blair takes oath of office Shelia Blair will become the third consecutive female Adair County Court Clerk and the third in Adair County history when Judge Jerry Vaughan administers the oath of office this morning at 10:00am CT. The clerk's office will open two hours later than usual, at 10:00am CT, while auditors complete the transition audit. Friday, December 1, 2006: Sign-ups, try-outs, Knifley Little League Sign-ups and try-outs for Knifley Little League will be held at the Knifley Community Gym on Friday, December 1, 2006, from 5:30-7:30pm CT. Participation is open to any child in grades P-6th and to pre-school age and home school children. Games will begin Monday, January 8, 2007. The season will last for six weeks.
