Obituary: Jesse U. Keltner, 74, dies in Richmond, KY A native of Adair county, he was a US Air Force veteran, a Methodist, and a retired car salesman. Visitation and funeral will be in Richmond, with burial at Haven Hill Cemetery in Columbia, KY. Jesse U. Keltner, 74, husband of Delena Lakes Peters Keltner of Bristol DR, Richmond, KY, died Sunday, October 29, 2006, at his home. He was a native of Adair County, a retired car salesman, a U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Richmond, KY. He is survived by his wife and the following:
The funeral service wil be at 11:00am ET, Tuesday, October 31, 2006, at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Strange, Bro. Scott Guilley, and Rev. Bob Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in the Haven Hill Cemetery, Columbia, KY, at 3:00pm, with Jerry Hatchett officiatiing. Visitation will be Monday, October 30, 2006, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm ET, at Oldham, Roberts, and Powell Funeral Home in Richmond, KY. Pallbearers: Jeff Kelley, Don Clark, Mike Reister, John Shearer, Bill Rice, and Billy Way. Honorary pallbearers: Sam and Diane Salee, Sanford and June Jones, Sherman Shearer, Ray and Robin Gibbons, Howard Allen & Will & Tonya Witt. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY, will be in charge of local arrangements.
