Obituary: Ann Overstreet, 66, member Egypt Christian Church Ann Overstreet was a health provider whose career spanned many years at two Columbia institutions, Westlake Hospital and Summit Manor Nursing Home Ann Overstreet, 66, 107 Montgomery Street, Columbia, KY died Monday, August 21, 2006 at 9:10am, atTaylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY. The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 23, 2006, at 11:00am CT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Hugh Withers officiating. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, Liberty RD, Columbia, KY. She was the daughter of the late: Norman and Avo SmithEtheridge of Red Boiling Springs, TN. The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 23, 2006, at 11:00am CT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Hugh Withers officiating.
