Obituary: Ann Overstreet, 66, member Egypt Christian Church

Ann Overstreet was a health provider whose career spanned many years at two Columbia institutions, Westlake Hospital and Summit Manor Nursing Home

Ann Overstreet, 66, 107 Montgomery Street, Columbia, KY died Monday, August 21, 2006 at 9:10am, atTaylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 23, 2006, at 11:00am CT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Hugh Withers officiating. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, Liberty RD, Columbia, KY.


She was the daughter of the late: Norman and Avo SmithEtheridge of Red Boiling Springs, TN.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 23, 2006, at 11:00am CT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Hugh Withers officiating.

Survived by her husband: Marshall Overstreet of Columbia, KY, and the following:
  • One daughter: Audrey Tayse Haynes and husband Michael of Louisville, KY

  • One step-son: Gary Overstreet and wife Lisa of Mt. Washington, KY

  • One brother: Bill Ethridge of Green, OH

  • One sister: Sue Etheridge Kirby of Cookeville, TN

  • Four grandchildren: Rob and Bethany Haynes, and Zachary and Andrew Overstreet
Ann Overstreet was a health care provider for many years at Summit Manor and Westlake Regional Hospital. She was a member of the Egypt Christian Church.

Visitation will be after 4:00pm CT, Tuesday, August 22, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to Egypt Christian Church and may be left at the funeral home.
