The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 23, 2006, at 11:00am CT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Hugh Withers officiating. Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, Liberty RD, Columbia, KY. She was the daughter of the late: Norman and Avo SmithEtheridge of Red Boiling Springs, TN. The funeral service will be Wednesday, August 23, 2006, at 11:00am CT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Hugh Withers officiating.
