Obituary: Timothy Curry, Shelbyville, KY

He was the grandson of the late Adair Countians Ausie and Ida Willis Curry and has many kin here

Timothy Curry, 39, Shelbyville, KY, passed away Monday, July 31, 2006 at Jewish Hospital Shelbyville, KY.

The funeral service is Thursday, August 3, 2006, at 2:00pm, at Shannon Funeral Home, Shelbyville, KY.

He was the son of Guwin and Jennie Moore Curry, Shelbyville, KY.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife of 17 years Susan Scott Curry of Shelbyville, KY, and the following:
  • Two sons: Tyler Curry and Sheldon Curry, both of Shelbyville, KY

  • One brother: Shane Curry, Campbellsburg, KY.
He was the Grandson of the late Ausie and Ida Willis Curry of Adair County.

He is survived locally by uncles and aunts Thelbert Curry, Clifton Curry, Nona Bess Bennett, Maggie Janes and Nell Curry and a host of other relatives.He was a member of Smithfield Baptist Church, former member of the KTPA, and Ohio River Valley Truck & Tractor Association.

Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville, KY.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association or WHAS Crusade for Children.

Visitation will be after 3:00 P. M. Wednesday, August 2, 2006, at Shannon Funeral Home, Shelbyville, KY.
