Obituary: Makayla Ann Cravens

Three day old infant passes away Saturday at Kosair

Makayla Ann Cravens, age 3 days, daughter of Phillip Brandon and Talitha Ann Darnell Cravens, Columbia, KY, passed away Saturday July 29, 2006, at 2:00pm, at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, KY.



A graveside service will be held Monday, July 31, 2006, at 2:00 P. M. at Haven Hill Cemetery with burial to follow. Bro. Glenn Richardson is the officiating clergy. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

Besides her parents she is survived by the following:
  • Maternal grandparents: Douglas and Rebecca Richardson Darnell of Russell Springs, KY

  • Paternal grandparents: Ralph and Sharon Brown Cravens Smith of Columbia, KY

  • Paternal great grandmother: Catherine Darnell, of Columbia, KY

  • Paternal step-great grandmother: Inis Smith, Fairplay, KY

  • A special uncle: Jeremy Darnell

  • Two special aunts: Tonya Roy and Heather Cravens

  • Special great aunt: Fredia Melton

  • Special great uncle: Jackie D. Cravens, and several other aunts, uncles and a host of other relatives a friends
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather: Alvin Cravens.
