KSP reports fatal accident in Russell County Trooper Wendell Higgonbotham of the Kentucky State Police investigated a one vehicle accident that resulted in the fatality of Russell Springs resident Clema L. Davis today. Davis, 78, was traveling west on hwy 80 when she, lost control of her 1996 Chevy, ran off the roadway and struck a culvert. Davis was wearing her seatbelt. An autopsy will be performed.
