Driver injured after losing control of vehicle, hitting culvert An injury accident occurred at 9:30am, Sunday, May 21, 2006 three miles west of Albany on KY 1590. Heather Jones, 30, Albany, KY, was treated and released at Clinton County Hospital. A seatbelt was in the use. Jones was operating a 1998 Ford Explorer, traveling west on KY 1950, lost control, left the roadway, and struck a culvert. A passenger, Collin Roberts, 4 Albany, KY, was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. The incident was investigated by Trooper John Hubbard of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
