KSP arrests Russell Springs man on charges of unlawful transactions with a minor Trooper James Richard of Kentucky State Police 15, Columbia, KY, arrested a 25-year old Russell Springs man and charged him with two counts of unlawful transactions with a minor. James A. Bunch, 25, was arrested on Richards Drive at 2:13 p.m., today, Thursday, May 4, 2006. He was lodged in the Russell County Jail. Information courtesy Lt.
