Columbia Police make arrest following Sunday traffic stop On Sunday, April 16, 2006, at approximately 11:15 p.m., the Columbia Police Department conducted traffic stop on Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, following which an Adair County man was arrested. Freddie Loy, JR. Loy Road, Columbia, KY, was charged with posession of a controlled substance, first degree, cocaine. Loy was lodged in the Adair County Jail.
