Jimmie Benningfield, 72, Taylor County, KY Jimmie Benningfield of Campbellsville, son of the late Broadus Benningfield and Martha Forrest Benningfield, was born February 16, 1953 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 8:40 A.M., Friday, January 2, 2026 in Campbellsville. Age: 72 He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Jimmie was a farmer and enjoyed working on his farm. He loved spending time with his family and neighbors. He is survived by one son and one daughter: Benjamin Benningfield and wife, Brooke of Campbellsville and Jennie Connor and husband, Tony of Versailles; four grandchildren: Ellyson Connor, Isabella Benningfield, Luke Benningfield and Ty Connor; two brothers and two sisters: Billie Benningfield, Clyde Benningfield and wife, Bonnie and Bettie Bright of Campbellsville and Mattie Burton of Bardstown; his "Main Squeeze": Ann Beard; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Jimmie was also preceded in death a daughter, Judy Ann Benningfield June 14, 2000. FUNERAL SERVICE: 11amET Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Bro.
