Nancy Rebecca Hopkins, 88, Green County, KY

Nancy Rebecca Hopkins of Greensburg, Kentucky daughter of the late John Hopkins and Madeline Loveall Hopkins, was born on Saturday, October 2, 1937 in Green County and departed this life on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab. She was 88 years, 2 months, and 1 day of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Riverside Baptist Church. She cooked and served several meals for the church and people in the community over the years and enjoyed quilting in her free time. She was also a self-employed hairdresser.


She is survived by special cousins: Bill and Suzanne Coffey, Shirley Coffey, Elijah Coffey all of Campbellsville, Layden Coffey of Columbia, and Lisa and Barry Riney of Louisville; and her special kitty: Auna Rose.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister: Doris Ann Hopkins.

The funeral services for Nancy Rebecca Hopkins will be conducted at 1pmCT Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Bro. Elijah Coffey and Bro. Roger Robertson officiating.

Visitation is requested after 10amCT Saturday until time of the service at the funeral home.

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Riverside Baptist Church Fund or the Bethlehem Cemetery Fund and can be made at the funeral home.
