Ronnie Sneed, 78, Adair County, KY

Ronnie Sneed of Columbia, Kentucky, son of the late Ernest and Mildred Moore Sneed, was born on June 16, 1947 in Gradyville, Kentucky. He departed this life on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at his residence having attained the age of 78 years, five months and three days.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ. Mr. Sneed served our Country honorably in the United States Army and was a recipient of the Purple Heart.


Survivors include his wife: Phyllis Ann Janes Sneed of Columbia; one son and daughter-in-law: Phillip and Emily Sneed of Columbia; two grandchildren: Rhianna Sneed and Jace Sneed; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Peggy and Ricky Ray of Campbellsville, and Diane and Randy Young of Columbia; one brother: Darrell Sneed of Gradyville; plus a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: Donnie Sneed, Billy Sneed and Geneva Page.

All services will be conducted privately with burial in the Moore Cemetery in Adair County, Kentucky. Arrangements by Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home.
