Myrtle M. (Mert) Middlecamp, 76, Columbia, KY (1949-2025) Myrtle Marie "Mert" Middlecamp of Columbia died on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She was 76 years old. The funeral service will be held at NoonCT on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Pastor Troy McWhorter officiating. Burial will follow in Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation is requested after 10amCT on Wednesday. She was born October 4, 1949, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Jason and Edna Ward Brown.
