Melody Starr Woodruff McClure of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Fred Woodruff and Marjorie Petty Woodruff, was born on Thursday, October 28, 1954 in Long Beach, California and departed this life on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Taylor Regional Hospital. She was 71 years and 7 days of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and most recently worked as an usher at a concert venue in California. She mostly enjoyed collecting things and going to baseball games with friends to cheer on her favorite team, the Los Angeles Dodgers.

She was united in marriage to Thomas McClure, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her two brothers and sisters-in-law: Ian and Mandy Woodruff of Greensburg, Gerald and Dawn Woodruff of Nevada; nephews: Riley Woodruff and Broden Woodruff of Greensburg; a special friend: Terry Briscoe of Greensburg; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Honoring her wishes, cremation was chosen. There will be no formal services at this time.
