Shirley Grider, 84, Russell County, KY

Shirley L. Grider, age 84, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Wednesday, November 05 2025 at her residence.

She was born on Monday, June 23 1941, in Russell Springs, KY.

She was the daughter of Lois Johnson Mann and George Mann, who preceded her in death.


Survivors also include:

Husband - Billy Grider of Russell Springs, KY

2 Daughters:

Sherri Groce, of Burkesville KY

Jennifer Foley, of Jamestown KY

2 Brothers: Brud Mann, of Jamestown KY, Danny Mann, of Jamestown KY

She is survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She worked in retail sales and was an avid fan of University of Kentucky Basketball. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Patty Oaks, Judy Garner and Randall Mann and a grandson, Dalton Foley.

Funeral services will be 2pmCT Sunday, November 09 2025 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Visitation will be 10amCT Sunday, November 09 2025 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

Interment will be in Lucinda - Bernard Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY.
